MacroSolve, Inc., (Pinksheets: MCVE), a leading provider of mobile technologies, apps and solutions for business, today announced it has filed a patent infringement suit against GEICO Insurance Agency, Inc., GEICO Casualty Company, and Government Employees Insurance Company, all wholly owned subsidiaries of Berkshire Hathaway, Inc. (NYSE: BRK) for violation of MacroSolve's U.S. Patent No. 7,822,816.

Mobile technology provider, MacroSolve, Inc. (Pink Sheets:MCVE), who brands itself in the app world through the name “Illume Mobile,” has filed a patent infringement lawsuit against Hyatt Corporation (NYSE:H) alleging a violation of MacroSolve’s U.S. Patent No. 7,822,816, which was issued to MacroSolve on October 26, 2010 by the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

MacroSolve, Inc. (PINK:MCVE), a provider of mobile apps and solutions, announced today, in a press release, it has signed an agreement with Donald J. Trump Jr., Executive Vice President of The Trump Organization. MCVE is also under an e-mail promotion campaign that started this morning. As I write, shares of MCVE were up 7 percent at $0.13 per share on heavy volume of nearly 1 million shares.
